Earth Day Celebration!

Before March 27:

• Small/Local Business $300
• Corporate $1,500
• Food Vendors $75 - (Vendors must have a focus on local sourcing, using sustainable, & compostable service ware

After March 22: 

• Non-Profit [501(c)(3)] or Government $250
• Small/Local Business $400
• Corporate $2,000
• Food Vendors $75 - (Vendors must have a focus on local sourcing, using sustainable, & compostable service ware

Registration ends April 7, 2026

Base booth: 10’x10’ space with one 6’ table + two chairs.

Tents: BYO tents permitted if properly weighted (≥25 lb per leg).

Optional rentals for $200 available.

Maximum spaces: Exhibitors may reserve up to 2 spaces. For more than 2, inquire about sponsorship.

Add-ons:

• Extra 10’x10’ space — same fee as initial
• Electricity (110v) — $100

To honor the spirit of Earth Day, all exhibitors must commit to the following:

• Giveaways: Only environmentally friendly items (no single-use plastics, plastic bags, or items wrapped in plastic). Suggested: reusable bags, bamboo utensils, seed packets, recycled-paper notebooks, hand stamps for kids. 
• Set-up & tear-down: Avoid unnecessary waste. Remove all materials, packing, and displays you bring in. Leave no waste behind.
• On-site practices: Use compostable, recyclable, or reusable display and handout materials.

Exhibitors who fail to follow these guidelines may be excluded from future events.
